Our treats are meticulously handcrafted in small batches in Vancouver, BC. Inspired by human snacks, we design them to be as nutritionally and biologically appropriate as possible for your pets. Using fresh, natural, human-grade ingredients, our treats contain no added sugars, salt, artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, or stabilizers.
2. Do you use food coloring?
We use natural fruit, vegetable, and turmeric powders to achieve our colors.
3. Are the products safe to consume?
Absolutely! All our products are free from additives and preservatives. However, please check for any specific ingredients your pet may be allergic to before making a purchase.
4. Are the treats appropriate for pets of all ages?
We recommend feeding our treats to pets that are at least 6 months old to ensure they are suitable for your pet's dietary needs.
5. My pet can't have grain. Do you have grain-free options?
Yes, we do! Please reach out via our ‘Contact Us’ page to inquire about our grain-free options. Some of our recipes can be adjusted and adapted to use coconut flour for an additional charge.
6. Do you have a physical location?
We don't have a physical store, but you can place orders through our website or by sending us a direct message on Instagram.
7. How far in advance should I place my order?
Orders should be placed at least 5 days in advance. We may accept short-notice orders depending on our schedule availability.
8. Do you ship outside of Vancouver?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship items that require cold storage, including our bakes, whole cakes, and beverages. If you're interested in our cookies and need shipping outside of Vancouver, please contact us through our Instagram DMs or our website.

We understand that changes may sometimes be necessary. However, we cannot accept modification requests once the order is ready for delivery, as we begin preparing and baking your order immediately after the cutoff time to ensure freshness and quality.

Our treats are freshly baked and packaged to maintain their quality. Since our products are preservative-free, they come with specific storage requirements. Please refer to individual product pages and packaging for specific storage and freshness guidelines.
